How to add a copy of the form to the sender ?

I’m afraid, I’m not sure whether I fully understand your query if you meant to send a copy of the form to the user who has submitted the form. The screenshot what you have shared does perform that action.

You only have to ensure the “Recipients” field has:
{email-1}

Creating a new Email notification as shared in the above screenshot should help with sending the email to the user email ID which was submitted in the form.

Doesn’t that work for you? COuld you please check and advise if I’m missing anything regarding this.

You have understood my problem.

I managed to add {email-1} to the “Admin” email and I am receiving it well.

However, I have created another “Visitor” notification with a different text than the “admin email” notification.
I have added the {email-1} field but I am not receiving the email???

When I checked the export, it worked for me. I mean that the email entered in the email field and the email I added for admin notifications did receive an email.

Could you check the same on a fresh staging site to check if that works? Also, check the spam folder to check if the user gets the email the spam folder.

I do not have any problem of reception for the administrator email but the visitor’s one the 2nd “copy message sent”. I would like the sender of the form to receive a copy of the email different from the administrator email?

I see that both the emails are different in this case.
