how to add a comment for multiple posts at once?

how to add a comment for multiple posts at once? I have attachment pages for a post. I want that when an user post a comment on the attachment page, the comment should also be posted on the parents post page. i.e. inserting comments on attachment and its parent post to which the attachments are attached simultaneously.
