How to add a button that inputs data

  • Hi Team,

    I want to create a library of videos without uploading any video on my site.

    Visitors to the site can submit a youtube link by filling up a form which has the following details:

    Link to the video :
    Category :
    Name :
    Title :
    Country :
    Year :

    This will be created as post and sent to the admin for review.

    The admin approves this and the video is now visible in the library.

    How to add a button called “submit a video link” to achieve this flow?
