How to adapt user avatar to the WordPress user avatar?

Make sure to select this option: https://prnt.sc/6XKbpcX7DD9D

Fluent Support will automaticly fetch the logo.

I don’t wish to link the Gravatar option, I have another option picked. How do I change this? Or does it ONLY work with the gravatar option?
