How to activate this plugin?

Hello, can you clarify how this plugin should be applied to a site? Your description says:-
“Add the sidebar widget through the ‘Appearance / Widgets’ menu in WordPress.”
However, there is no “Widgets” entry under “Appearance” – only “Themes”, “Editor” and “Customize”.

As WordPress progresses, widgets are dying.
Did you create a menu as shown in the video? Once it’s done, you will be able to add your menu with a “Navigation” block. I assume your theme uses Gutenberg.
