How to activate the submenu only by mouseclick

Hey guys,

I have a (more or less) very special problem.

A customer of mine complains that he can not open the submenu items on his homepage – on his POS terminal (Sunmi T2). As soon as one clicks on the menu item on which the submenu is located, the submenu is not opened, but the higher-level menu item.

My guess now is that the problem is with the device itself, since it doesn’t recognize the “hover effect”, but only the mouse click itself.

My questions now would be of course:
Have you ever had a similar problem? Is it possible that the submenu can only be opened by mouse click instead of hover?
