How to activate comment feature for pages on 20-15?

  • Hi all,

    what I really loved, when I saw the twenty fiveteen theme the first time, are the comments for pages on the left frame.

    p.e. here, on the left side beyond the header:

    As an absolute blogging and wordpress beginner, I couldn’t find out so far, how to activate this comment feature on my private blog.

    Could anybody please tell me step by step how to get there.
