How to activate cache on pages with query strings

    Hi

    I am reposting my question with a better title in hope that I will get an answer.

    Most of my WP pages include query strings:
    myurl/?id=1
    myurl/?id=2
    myurl/?id=3…

    These are all different pages but none are cached by FFPC as they contain query strings. How could I enable cache for these pages?
