How to activate right click pan

  • Please, I need help to know how to activate the right click pan on 3D model like in the support and example page.

    The functionality?should be available by default on all models. I can see you have opted to disable the?interaction prompt for the model on the page you sent. Please try enabling it on the model editing page and see if it solves the?problem.

    I have already tried with “interaction prompt” enabled or disabled but unfortunately I can only rotate any model but I can’t drag in any case. Any other suggestion? Thank you

    I have just released v5.4 of the plugin. Please update to this version and let me know if the problem perists. If it does can you please take a screen capture movie demonstrating the issue?

    I am afraid I am still unsure of the actual problem. Are you perhaps wanting to disable the dragging ability? If so you can use the Rotation Limits options for each model. If you want to disable all dragging, then enable the set Limits toggle,?position your model in the viewer and click on all 4 arrows in the Rotation Limits to lock in the Left, Right, Up, Down position limits.
