how to access wp-config.php file

what link? how would I go about this?

What has happened is that when you deleted the wp-config.php, the installation process recognized that there was no wp-config, so this window appears.

Click the “let’s go” link and fill in the info.

I followed the instructions when I typed subtle.fm and it now works! thank you so much!
A few plug ins aren’t working but this isn’t the end of the world I can get this running again!
