Hi there, I got help from a company to make our website and they were annoying when I started working with them as they were giving up such a shit service. After giving them a massive shout they did the job. However, they never finished the formatting of the receipt printer for our Star cloud printer. I have a freelancer who is willing to finish the job but I need access to the printer php code. All I know is the development company said to me they needed access to the Cpanel to edit the php code. I have access to the cpanel and the word press login in anyway. but I do not know where to find the starcloud print coding in cpanel to amend the code. If someone could help me or navigate to the correct location that would be great.

    Hey @fuzionzrawr

You can find the file in the star cloudPRNT folder under the plugins folder. The PHP file is called order_handler.php. Let me know if you need any additional work done with the receipt formatting.

    Cheers,

    Nikil

Hi there @notion9 so I was able to find the file in the cpanel. is this the only way to access the php file? or can it do editable in the wp-login.php login page in the back end? do you have a direct email I can contact you to get some additonal help. All I need is 1 thing amended to the current receipt and its done. I can show you via skype or discord what the problem is if you’re able to help me fix it

    Hey @fuzionzrawr

Yes. You can access it from the file manager in the cpanel. However, I don’t recommend you working directly on the server as there are chances of the file breaking the site when you update it form cpanel. I would work locally via FTP. You can reach me at [email protected].
