How to access my membership-account page when level is expired

    Hi,

    1.I am using the Pm Pro plugin. Can you please let me know that how can user access their account page(membership-account) when user level has been expired.
    2. Can you please let me know that how can user automatically switch to another level when previous level is expired.

    In order for a user to access their membership account page, they will have to log into your site and navigate to yourdomain.com/membership-account you can even make a menu link that directs users to yourdomain.com/membership-account so they can easily navigate to their account page.

    Regarding the automatically switching of levels, the user will have to navigate to their account page and click on the “change” link under the Membership Level section, they will have to manually do this.
