How to access FTP my website

  • The purpose of this post is to install the better font awesome plugin.

    I have knowledge to do to, but I have downloaded FileZilla to access the file directory and upload a plugin, unfortunately it gives me an error that I cannot contact to my site.

    After reading the forum, I realized that there is some kind of activation that needs to be done before accessing it. Or help install WP File Manager.

    Could you help me to do so or find a way to install the plugin.
