How to access predefined image sizes in POD template?

    I added image custom filed to user post type. When inserting image in template I can use @user_profile_image which provides link to uploaded image.

    But, when image is uploaded, several smaller predefined size images are created. How can I access those images to use them?

    When image is inserted in classic post or page there is option to select size. In POD Template it seems I can get only full size image and I have to use CSS to shows it smaller which is not good way to handle image size.
