    Wondering how to set up a pop up that:

    Opens everytime a user is on the homepage

    and

    Opens on the first page a user lands on when entering the site

    not really sure how to set that up…

    I would just make two popups and use Conditions on one of them, and then leave them blank for the sitewide popup.

    You might also want to use one of those Post Duplicator plugins to duplicate the popup quickly and easily.
