How do I update woocommerce to do what i want

Hi all,

Silly question I am sure but nonetheless it seems to have me by the short and curlies. I would like to know how to edit the text marked in the red box when you look at this image by following the link below;

I did ask on Woocommerce but they responded with a language plugin so I came here for real advice if anyone would be so kind.
