If you are using WebP or AVIF, make sure you’ve built the optimized media using the dashboard. You need to have selected at least one size to build in the WebP or AVIF settings first—otherwise, it won’t generate anything. Once that’s set up, also make sure you’ve configured a delivery method in the settings to ensure your images are replaced with the optimized format.
If you’ve already done this and it’s still not working, it could be due to cached pages on your site. Try disabling any cache plugins temporarily and refresh the cache. Also, some builders fetch media in a way that might not work well with Perfect Images—if that’s the case, adjusting the builder settings might help. Hope this helps!
