How This Float Thing Work?

    Hi. When float is enabled isn’t it suppose to be like sticky or something. like when we scroll down table of content still somewhere on Page.. I am quite unable to understand this float setting. Can you tell me with an example..(It seems like your plugin don’t have any proper documentation, cause i searched but unable to find anything). Thank You
