    Now the agent can assign another agent to the ticket. How to block it so that he can only choose himself.

    Hello,

    You can remove assign agent permission from the agent role. Please go to Support > Support Agents > Agent Roles > Edit Agent role and disable the following permission:
    1. Assign unassigned
    2. Assign assigned me
    3. Assign assigned others

    It is not possible to allow an agent to assign a ticket to himself.
