How subscribe someone previously unsubscribed?

    Hi,

    I have some customers who unsubscribed my list by mistake and now they can’t subscribe again.

    Would you be able to tell me what I have to do.

    In the plugin there is a message saying:

    “When someone previously unsubscribed, the plugin can not resubscribe them automatically. Refer to your MailChimp hosted sign-up form here.”

    but I didn’t understand what to do.

    He Cecilia,

    This means that the plugin can not re-subscribe someone that previously unsubscribed from your MailChimp list, because of technical restrictions put up by MailChimp.

    This will be fixed once we release version 4.0 of the plugin in a few weeks, but in the meantime we recommend including a link to your MailChimp hosted sign-up form in the “previously unsubscribed” message.

    You can find a link to this form in your list settings in MailChimp.
