Well, I looked all over for s simple creative approach for a support plugin and found it right here!

It just can’t get any easier.

So there’s ‘no bells of whistles’ but it just works.

Only things I came across were :

    1) The email template image ‘repeats’,

    2) English needs looking at so happy to help with that ??

    3) Prefer not to allow registration via WP because of spammers and instead, have a dedicated sign up process/database.

Other than that, good job by Devs!

Thanks for the testing. It’s good to know it worked as expected.

I think you brought a very good point here we should add a background-size declaration their. Will note this after a check inshALLAH.

Would love to have a PR from someone acknowledged. Always welcome. ??

Will think about this in future inshALLAH – thinking about this as a feature request. Would love if you can share some of your process on how you separated the registration process from core, and how they are well integrated. It will let our thought rational for the feature in future.

Other than that, good job by Devs!

After everything, would love to have a star rating from you. ??

    Hi

    Your welcome…

Also, allow do plugin to use theme .css as currently, there is no way to to this other than manually.

Before allowing user to post ticket, make them first go to a ‘registration page/form’ and then able to post ticket.

This will also prevent scammers and bots creating problems ??

Yes, it’s already on our roadmap (we maintain our roadmap in Asana). Eventually we will make our plugin’s theme pluggable, inshALLAH.

Hmm. The point is good. Let’s think about it being in our scope. Thanks for your suggestions.
