How should I configur the MySql Server to work best with WP?

  • Hi,
    My WP is running on it’s own Dedicated Server with 1GB RAM, CPU 3600+ AMD Athlon, PHP5, MySql5, and 10 mbps connection.

    How should I configur the MySql Server to work best with WP?

    The site contains 13 000 posts (publishes 100 ~ 200 posts/day), with 8 000 page views, 1 500 Unique visitors/day.

    I’ve placed an order to get the connection upgraded to 100, could this help?

    I usually get an DB related error it’s why I think something needs to be configured for MySql.
