How set Webhooks

  • Hi i try to set web hooks in my installation.
    I try to set with installation: OnPremise (This host)
    I try to set in setting -> web hooks.
    There are 3 field.
    Event
    Destination Url (what i must to write? where i can see documentation)
    Method Get or Post…
    I not understand how work. In documentation i don’t see good explanation.
    Some can say tom how to work?

    Hi @paolobortolotti ,
    in order to setup web hooks you have to create your endpoints. So when you have setup the endpoints you are able to create web hooks which will call your endpoints passing information either about chat or about user. In “Destination Url” you have to fill the url to your endpoint and in method the http method used by your endpoint.

    Also you can find web hooks documentation here.

    Finally we strongly recommend you to upgrade your installation to the latest version ( 9.0.20 ) in which you can find the Web hooks under the Tools menu.

    Thanks for your reply, i use the last version of plugin.
    About endpoint there is list for copy? Plugin give the list?
    In documentation are 4 row, but how create url with endpoint is difficult for understand.
    Do you have some example?
