How To Set Up “Send me a copy” Checkbox

    Forms are working perfectly.

    I’m interested in knowing if it’s possible to add a Checkbox in the Contact Us form for “Send me a copy”.

    Currently the user doesnt get a copy of what they sent.

    Are you using our free “Lite” plugin or the Pro version?

    I’m afraid there is no way to do this in the Lite plugin, but if you have a paid license you can use conditional logic to achieve this.
