How set Timezone in Sitemap?

  • WordPress version: 3.5
    WordPress SEO version: 1.3.4.1

    I did this: Installed, working fine. My question is about the sitemap it has generated (modified the url here).

    <url>
    <loc>https://www.mahesh.com/what/hello/</loc&gt;
    <lastmod>2012-11-02T08:54:10+00:00</lastmod>
    <changefreq>weekly</changefreq>
    <priority>0.6</priority>
    </url>

    I expected the plugin to do this:

    I see the timezone is +00:00
    How do I get the local timezone in the sitemap it generates (+5:30 in my case). Server has local timezone

    Instead it did this:

    <lastmod>2012-11-02T08:54:10+00:00</lastmod>

    I wasn’t able to find any entry for timezone in the settings of WordPress SEO.
