How set a monthly limit for users

    Hello, I need to set a monthly limit for users on the amount for which they can order goods (internal e-shop for employees). Ideally, they should be shown the remaining amount for which they can still buy. Is there any solution I can use? Thank you

  • Hmm, you might be able to use Account Funds for this:

    Do you want people to actually pay themselves for the items, or are you planning on granting them a certain amount of free credit in the internal store, which will refill annually?

    Customers will pay for the purchase by card. But we need to limit their purchases by a certain amount per month, because they will buy goods at lower prices than these products are normally sold.

    So we need to set that all users can buy for $100 each month, for example. It is an employee benefit.
