How "Scheduled for" clock work for post?

    Hello Folks,

    I want to know how this “Scheduled” option works for articles.
    This option seems very useful to me. Can anyone explain this to me?
    I was experimenting something on my local machine. I entered some value in this boxes but it was not working for me. How this clock work? I mean will this clock pick my machine time or what?

    The “clock” uses the server’s time. In theory, this should be the same as your machine’s time, yes.

    One more thing. Is this clock works according to 12 hours or 24 hours.
    If I want to publish a post at 2:00 PM so will it be 14:00 or 2:00?
