Please what is the procedure for online registered users to delete their own ads/listings ?
For information, I have the latest version of your plugin and modules and the latest version of WP too.

  • Hi @chris19731973,

I see that you’ve already contacted us directly via email so we’ll keep the conversation there. In the future, there’s no need to double-post things. We answer all channels.

Hi, I have the same issue, so what is the answer?

I have registered users that can place and edit their ads (free of charge) but when they sell the item they go back to remove the ad and can’t. What do we need to do too enable them to be able to remove the ad that they have placed.

    Hi @tcmacadmind

This user found that while doing a conflict test (turning the plugins off and on) fixed the issue. Theme and plugin conflicts are very common in WordPress, and a conflict test is used to help determine the cause of the issue. Here is an article about how to test for theme and plugin conflicts with Business Directory, which may help pinpoint the issue: https://businessdirectoryplugin.com/support-forum/faq/how-to-check-for-plugin-and-theme-conflicts-with-bd/

Before doing a conflict test, it is a best practice to take a backup of your site before beginning or to do the test on a staging site, in case any settings are changed during the process.

Please try that and let me know if you run into more issues.
