How refresh header info after editing header template

    I used to have <meta> on my header. Now I edit header.php and removed those created a robots.txt instead.

    But when I view the source of my old posts, the header information still contains those <meta>, how can I refresh the header of my old post so that it adopts the modifications I made on my header.php?
