Put that tag while your text editor in the HTML mode.

When you’re in the text editor in HTML mode put this code in.

If you want to customize the more text then use this code:

<!--more Continue Reading This Post-->

Just change the ‘Continue Reading This Post’. Hope this helps!

but there any way to make it easier like add more button in visual mode

There is a <!–more–> button in visual mode. It looks like a page break. Top row, four from the right unless something has reordered or otherwise altered your buttons. There is also a button in html mode. Bet you can find that one.
