I am creating a survey with the polar question for people to assess their situation. We don’t ask for name/email or need to give them a score. I have these questions based on this page, https://m-e-p.com/productivity-assessment-for-small-business/

    1. The slider bar has a circle icon on top of it that I don’t think should be there.
    2. We don’t need to give values for each question, but it made me put in a numerical value.
    3. If we need to have values, can the number (value) in the slider be taken out?

    Thanks!

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @avirtualclickaway

Please check below-given points regarding your issues.
    1. The slider bar has a circle icon on top of it that I don’t think should be there.
Ans: It seems that it is a theme-related issue. I request you as a test, switch to a default theme such as twenty-twenty and see if this fixes it.

    2. Regarding 2, 3 issues.
Ans: As of now there are no such options available. You can check this with our custom development team.

    Regards,
    Sumit

Thank you! Yes, there was a theme update and it seemed to take care of it.
