How on earth does one insert this html box into either sidebar?

  • Hi, you all!

    An advertiser approached me and want me to insert a banner box into my website. However i do not understand how to insert this particular ad code.

    In the right sidebar I use a a text widget to insert adsense, and in the left sidebar I have inserted an affiliate ad by simply pasting the code before the last div in sidebar.php. But none of these methods work for the code below. I am missing something major here am I not? ??
