    How often Woosyn sync Order information and How to change the frequency

    I have multiple stores, and I do not want it to sync too frequently, It will slow down the server.

    Is there any setting for that?

    Hi there, @youngboy12,

    We don’t have settings to handle the frequency on how our Sync tool works with your WooCommerce stores.

    You can, however, manually place a sync in pause and resume it at your best convenience. You can do it from Jetpack CRM > WooSync > WooSync Connections > Pause sync on the related store setting options.

    Thanks for the reply. The plugin seem to be sync order each 5 mins via WP Cron.

    Can disable WP Cron/ Changing WP Cron schedule with change the sync schedule?

    Hi there, youngboy12,

    As far as I know, changing the WP Cron schedule will not change the Woosync schedule. Woosync checks for new data every five minutes via WordPress’s built-in cron system, and this schedule is independent of any changes made to the WP Cron schedule.

    That said, you can give it a try and see what happens. Let me know what you find out!
