    Hello,
I’ve a dynamic content that I put in a popup. And sometimes, on some conditions, there is no content generated = the popup appears empty. Is there a way not to trigger such an empty popup then?

    Best regards,
    Domin

    Hi @dominmax

    Thank you for writing in!

Currently, we don’t have a feature to detect if the popup content is empty. I believe what you would need is to create a custom script/function to detect if the popup content is empty and hide it.

Apologies for this, but we don’t have support for custom coding. We hope for your kind understanding on this matter. However, we have an article that can automatically close the popup. Maybe you can use this as a start and manipulate the code to hide the popup when it is empty.
Please see it here: Automatically Close Popup After 10 Seconds

I hope that helps. Let us know if you have any questions about this matter.
