• I am working with the default gallery. I seleted the option in Galley dialog to link image to a “special” built-in page. This page shows the image in full size. The title given to the page is the CAPTION which is hat I like. Below the picture is listed the file name as well as the Description if that info is provided in the Image dialog.

I do not want to show the filename. I wouldn’t mind showing the CAPTION or just leave that part blank. I do want to show the DESCRIPTION

The filename of the picture kinda’ ruins the effect as that info is not important and the pictures may have odd filenames.

Thanks in advance for the help!

  • Am having the same issue. The caption text shows beneath the thumbnail, but the file name shows up just beneath the full sized image in the linked page (and above the description).

I would like to know how to edit the php for these linked gallery pages — it would be great to be able to remove the post data beneath the page titles as well.

Anyone know where — in which php file — this can be done?
