How Name or any other field from Metform as Subject Line for notifying admin

    Hi,
    How can i put any field from metform as Subject Line of admin email notification?
    I can achieve the same on contact form 7 by copying fields name into subject so i need to achieve the same on metform, please guide.

    Hope you are doing well.

    I can understand what you are looking for. In order to add data of any field to the Subject line of the Admin Notification email, Just copy the Name of the field and paste the Name inside the Square Brackets in the Email Subject Field. For example, if you are trying to show the Age on the Subject line, then the format will be- [mf-age] where mf-age is the Name of the Age Field. I hope you can understand!
