How much to get a theme made?

  • try and try as I might I just don’t have the skill to take

    https://www.techrealms.com (My site put together by someone who is no longer with us)

    and make a site that looks anything like it in wordpress so I can update it without editing the html directly.

    How much is it going to run me to get such a theme made, and can anyone here do it?
