"How Many Tweets?" limit

Currently it should be fetching 40 – as per lines 1163 and 1241 of rotatingtweets.php.

I’ve done a version of the plug-in that increases that to 60 as the development version. Does that work for you?

I did upload the development version, but the dropdown in the widget menu still displays 30 as the max.
