How many repeatable fields we can have in one page.

Hi,
When i click Add link from page. it showing me 4 fields, when i add data in fields and press Update button. Newly added fields gets removed.
I can’t add more fields that’s why asking. Can anyone tell me, is there any limit in repeatable field?
