How many minutes to post on Facebook?

    Hello. I’ve been posting on Twitter 2 posts every 5 minutes. Now I want to publish on Facebook. How much would be recommended to post to that do not penalise my account? Thank you very much.

    Technically you can post as frequently as you like, you won’t get banned. However, my recommendation is to limit Facebook posts to 2-3 a day. On Twitter you can post more often, but I’d say a maximum of 10 tweets per day is enough. Otherwise, your accounts might be considered spammy by other users. Good luck!
