How many messages can Flamingo store?

thanks for this plugin. i had to many data because of a spam-attack and this slows down contact form 7 sending. how can i delete all the data in flamingo or maybe reset it?

i found a way by myself, use this in database:
DELETE FROM wp_posts WHERE post_type = ‘flamingo_inbound’;
