How many additional pictures per item?

    Hello,
    We are deciding on whether to purchase the premium version or maintain with the free version and one question I did not find answer to was, how many additional pictures/photos can you add per product in free version versus the premium version? Is there a limit?

  • Hi romytar,

    There’s no limit on the number of additional images you can add to a product. In case you’re adding the images using the spreadsheet then a maximum of 10 additional images can be added via the spreadsheet but you could always add more images from the plugin dashboard by navigating to the “Products” tab and selecting the product.

    I upgraded to the paid version. Using the same file i used when it was the free version. Now the images dont show at all. I need over 500 to show via URL. I reduced it to 5 and it still will not show any images. So it seems free is better.

    Hi epicquest,

    Did you try adding images by navigating to the “Products” tab and selecting the product? Do they display if added this way?
    Could you please share a URL of your catalog page so that we can investigate the issue causing images to not display?

    Also, as a side note, if you upgraded to premium then you’re entitled for support via email, so you could also email us for a one-to-one support on this issue.
