How make it work add media button

How can I make it work media add button? I would like to add music on my web page and I click on add media button but doesn’t work at all.

It give me no error either. I try both multiple uploadder and browser none of them is working.

I tried add media as it doesn’t work. Do I need to reinstall new wordpress? so far the application is uptodate.
