How long will it take for changes to reflect?

    I have updated my tree around 12 hours ago but the changes still hasn’t reflected on the site. The newly added names are still shown as ID number instead of their names when I link them with other Members, and thus, boxes for them have appeared on the tree but not their names yet. I have cleared cache and purged the URL multiple times but it’s still the same. How long does it usually take or is there any other action I need to do?

    Hi, what change you made? each change should reflect instantly. I don’t have access of that page you sent.

    I added family members, photos, and published another tree, they are all not displaying fully and properly. Some of the name, the images, and some of the gender colour are not showing.

    I sent an email to you yesterday re: this.
