How long will direct bank transfer be deposited to my bank

    Hello, how long will it take for a wire transfer payment to be available in my bank. I have order that was paid via bank transfer last August 20 but until now it was not deposited on my bank Payment via Direct bank transfer. Paid on August 20, 2018

    Hi @giovanni_carlo,

    If you’re using the BACS payment method, the payment does NOT go through WooCommerce. Your customer has to get up and go to the bank and make the transaction using whatever bank details you provided there. Either that or they log into their online banking account and make a transfer

    Either way, that is up to your customer and the banks.

    I’d advise that you don’t ship any products until you see the payment clear or better yet, switch to a proper payment gateway like Stripe.

    Hi Luminus, thank you for your response, so if the money was not available in my bank it means that his payment did not push thru? I think I will disable direct bacs payment from now on. I don’t have a lot of sales yet I think Stripe have subscription payment?
