    Hi Eli,

Using latest registered update of the plugin.

Just ran the complete scan on /public_html, here are the stats:

    29023 Scanned Files
    2452 Selected Folders
    2450 Scanned Folders
    0 Skipped Folders
    21245 Skipped Files
    2 Read/Write Errors
    0 Quarantined Files
    Found 0 htaccess Threats
    Found 0 TimThumb Exploits
    Found 6 Backdoor Scripts
    Found 86 Known Threats
    Found 0 WP-Login Updates

    2452 Folders Checked
    428 Minutes Elapsed

Hit the “Automatically Fix SELECTED Files” button about 8 hours ago …

Still says “Loading, Please Wait …”

When I clicked the “If this is taking too long, click here.” button I got a 403 in the window.

What should I do from here?

    Thanks,
    Simon

It should never take more than 60 seconds to fix that many files. You got a 403 which stopped my plugin from fixing those threats and displaying the results of the fix. I’m not sure what caused the 403 on your server but you should open another tab to your admin so that you can test it without loosing that scan results page. Then go to the Anti-Malware Quarantine page in the new tab to see if it cleaned anything. If you have any other plugins installed that may be restricting access to your site or any kind of firewalls that myght by blocking you from the fix action then you should try turning them off while you click the fix button again. You could also run the Quick Scan in another window and see if if finds anything that you can try fixing.

Please let me know if any of that works or if you need more help.

Thanks for the fast reply Eli.

I had the results open in a new tab and it went through 60 just fine (ie “Success!”) and they have appeared in quarantine … but things seem to get stuck here with 22 files to go:
    wp-includes/pomo/compat.php …

I did opened the results in a new tab for a second time and this time it made it through the entire list … however the total was only 81 files fixed (and now in quarantine) of the 92 (malware + backdoor) files.

I’ve run the full complete scan again and it says there are now no known threats or backdoors … so not sure where the others went, but it appears all is well again with the site.

Just have to get Google to take a fresh looks to clear up the warning messages visitors get.

Thanks for the creating plugin – and again for your reply.
