How long should syncing take?

    Hello

    I have installed this plugin on my clients website with woocommerce, just wondering how long the sync process should take?

    I see, it has been 1 day and nothing has synced

    I have checked “connected websites” in Mailchimp and the little circle next to list settings just continuously spins.

    I’m sorry to hear about that! Thank you for replying with a copy of your WooCommerce System status report, and for those additional details. I can see that you meet WooCommerce’s minimum Server Recommendations, which is excellent. Next it will be necessary to check out the API calls being sent to MailChimp – to do that, could you please reach out to the MailChimp support team following this help guide, here: https://kb.mailchimp.com/accounts/management/mailchimp-support-options and include a link to this forum post as well as any Errors you see being logged in the MailChimp for WooCommerce app log? That will allow their team to take a closer look at the connected store and look for any errors.
