    I opened yesterday new ticket on WC support website. How long I can wait for first response? From few days I can’t edit products and when WC is active I can’t remove other plugins.

    A great deal depends on your order history on WooCommerce.com and whether you’ve purchased any premium extension in the past. It looks like there’s a backlog based on the Black Friday / Cyber Monday special and it might take a few days to get a reply on your ticket.

    So maybe you will be able to give me a tip what I can check.
    Thats logs from debug.log:
    “PHP Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 300 seconds exceeded in xxx.pl/wp-includes/Requests/Transport/cURL.php on line 441”
    “2020-12-01T21:54:41+00:00 CRITICAL Maximum execution time of 700 seconds exceeded in xxx.pl/wp-includes/Requests/Transport/cURL.php on line 163”

    When I click update product after minute or more I get 504 error gateway timeout.

    Hey,

    It appears the request is failing to execute within the 300 seconds range. I encourage you to increase the max_execution_time to 600 and test this again. You can learn more about it here:
