How Long For Support?

    Honest question – how long should I wait for support response? It has been a few days now. Assuming the testimonials are real, I was under the impression support was fairly fast hence the overwhelming number of positive reviews. But I know those things can be faked pretty easy so wondering how long for support before I open paypal claim? (No refund option on their website.)

    We replied to the ticket which I believe it is yours. You submitted it yesterday. We will continue to assist you on the ticket.

    All our reviews are legitimate and it took very, very hard work to get positive reviews from our users. I doubt if it is possible to do fake reviews since these forums and reviews are very well moderated.
