How long does the Floreo import take?

    I am trying to install the Floreo Blocksy starter site theme right now. I am installing with the Child theme. It is taking forever and has been 0% “register demo” on progress bar for past 20 minutes or so. Is this normal? My internet connection is fine. How long is this supposed to take?

    I am using DreamHost.
